We want you to love your hoop for a long time. Every The Hoop Shop hula hoop is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, so if something goes wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we're here to help.

1-Year Limited Warranty

The Hoop Shop warrants our hula hoops against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase.

If your hoop experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Depending on the issue, we may repair your hoop, provide replacement parts, or replace the product at our discretion.

What's Covered

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects that occur during normal, intended use, including:

Defects in materials or workmanship
LED or electronic component failures
Manufacturing defects affecting the function of your hoop
Other product failures determined by The Hoop Shop to be the result of a manufacturing defect

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or circumstances outside of the product's intended use.

This includes cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, damage caused by impacts or improper storage, water or moisture damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, lost products or components, and damage resulting from using the hoop in a way it was not designed to be used.

Batteries and other components that naturally wear over time may also be excluded from coverage when the issue is the result of normal use rather than a manufacturing defect.

A Few Important Details

Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required.

Replacement products or parts provided under warranty do not restart the original warranty period and remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Hoop Shop reserves the right to determine whether a product issue qualifies for warranty coverage after reviewing the circumstances and condition of the product.
